In this immersive session, you will be guided to find that quiet space, your inner space and calm, through the art of sound meditation. We will create the space to allow you to be enveloped by the soothing tones of Tibetan singing bowls, gentle chimes, and the ethereal melodies of Alchemy Crystal Bowls and possibly a frame drum or rain stick.

🕊️ What to Expect 🕊️

For your mind and body to listen deeply and release the tension and stress that we all carry while balancing the body and calming the mind. Dress comfortably, bring a blanket and pillow and eye pillows will be provided. The blanket is because as you start to relax your body temperature may drop as your heart rate slows and breath deepens, the pillow is so that you can feel comfortable as you are surrounded by the healing vibrations.

There is no experience necessary for this class. Just a sense of curiosity and an open mind and heart. Whether you're seeking relief from stress, a sense of inner calm, or simply wish to explore the transformative power of sound, all are welcome to join this enriching experience.
